Hot Cake

Today the 31st of May, 9KSW made hot cakes with Miss Tuipolotu, Me and my partner Dezerae fried some hot cakes using a pan. The first thing we had to do was to read the instructions on the board and the instructions our teacher gave us.

The ingredients for this recipe were:
* 1 1/2 cup of self raising flour
* 1/2 cup of sugar
* 1 cup of milk
* 1 egg, and oil for the frying pan

Me and my cooking partner used our measuring bowls to put all the ingredients in the bowl, the first ingredient we put in was 1 1/2 self raising flour, the second ingredient was 1/2 cup of sugar, then we added the milk and egg.

Once we poured all the ingredients into the bowl we grabbed the whisk and whisked it all up till it was thick and abit smooth, while we were doing that one of poured oil into our fry pan and pre - heated it.

The frying pan was preheated and we poured in the mixture, the time went by and we finished cooking it, we cleaned up and washed our dishes, dried and packed them away. Here is the final out come of our Hot cake. ( We added some topping for decoration )
