This week my maths group has been learning about Fractions. What my whole maths group did was that we had to fill in some answers to the quistions. On the top of this writting there is a google drawing with answers and quistions in but on top of that there is a screen shot of my knowledge of how I got my answers.

Statistics

WALT: Study informations (data), collect it, summarise and present it.


My maths class has been doing statistics. What we had to do first was make a new goole form sheet from our google drive, we also needed other diffrent type of people to vote what their favourite fruit was. This whole task is about getting more imformation and ideas about stuff and peoples.

The most favourite fruit was mango. Orange and apple came out of a tie. The last favoured fruit was banana.

This week we have been learning all about divisions, take aways, and multiplacation. Me and my group had a practice activity from our teacher. This week we have been learning about fractions. To solve the answers for the google drawing that I have made to answer you have to just divide into groups for example: If I had a quistion to answer and you have to solve it out and the number is 2/5 of 10 so what you do is that you have to divide 10 into 2 groups it will make 5 then you do 5 x 5 = 25 and then the answer will be 25.

WALT: Solve number promblems using fractions.

This week we have been learning about Fraction facts. On the side as you can see there are my number promblem that I have been working out to find the answers, for example: 2/7 of 21 = something.If you get a promblem like this then you should solve it like this so first you have to find out 1/7 of 21 =
to find it out you should do 7 x -------- = 21. 7x 3 = 21 so that means 1/7 of 21 = 3 and then you do another 1/7 of 21 = 3 then 3 + 3 = 6 so 2/7 of 21 = 6. I hope you enjoy my blog post.
